Founded and developed by Gary Douglas, Access Bars®️ is a process to activates 32 points on the head.
Lightly touching those 32 points called Bars which store the electrical components of thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, judgements and points of view from any lifetime of 5,000 to 10,000 years, releases that locked up energy and allows more ease in many areas of your life.
Our brain is like a hard drive of a computer.
When the hard drive is filled with junk or old files and programs, your computer gets so slow that you need to press the delete button or defragment the drive to optimize its performance.
Like a computer, our brain need a defragmentation to declutter too to have more space and ease!
During the Bars®️ session, you will be fully clothed on a massage table for your comfort.
All that is required of you is to relax and enjoy.
Results may vary but often seen or experienced from the BARS session include:

You can learn how to run Bars®️ just by attending a single day, 8-hour class.
No prerequisite or prior experience is necessary to attend this fun class!
Anyone can learn this simple yet very dynamic healing process.
In One Day Access Bars®️ Class, you will
- learn the 32 Bars points
- learn about useful tools that open the doors of possibilities
- be introduced to a powerful Clearing Statement
- gift and receive a 60-minute Bars session twice
At the end of the day, you will be a certified as a practitioner of Access Bars® !
As a Bars practitioner, you can
- offer sessions to family, a spouse, and friends as a gift
- start your own business or add Bars®️ to enhance your existing business as a healer or coach
- host or attend session trade to give and receive the Bars®️ regularly
- gift to your life in so many ways!
Access Bars®️ One Day Class is the prerequisite for all the core classes and the first step for variety of body processes that Access Consciousness®️ offers.
Take the Bars®️ class three times with three different Facilitators, and you can become a Bars Facilitator, meaning you will have the qualifications to facilitate the Bars class.
A Class is usually held in San Francisco Bay Area (El Cerrito) but if you gather 4 or more people who are willing to take an Access Bars class with you, I'd be more than happy to create a class
in and out of California or even overseas!
Time: 10am-6pm
Class Fee: $440 or $220 if you are repeating
- Children age 15 and under : free with paid adult participant accompanied
- Ages 16 and 17 : $220
The Fee includes the following:
- A full-day class (8 hours including short breaks and 1 hour lunch break)
- 2 Bars sessions to receive and 2 Bars sessions to gift
- Watching “Access the Bars” DVD with founder, Gary Douglas personally demonstrating the techniques on co-creator, Dain Heer
- A latest comprehensive manual and head chart to assist you in running the Bars®️ on your own
- Learn 3 Body Processes to run on yourself and others
- Access Bars® Certificate
